Sammy Hagar aka The Red Rocker is an American rock singer, songwriter, and entrepreneur. He is best known for once being the lead singer for Van Halen and Montrose.

Moreover, he has had a successful solo career too with timeless hits like I Can’t Drive 55 from his album entitled VOA in 1984. Sammy joined Van Halen in 1985 and would be with the band until 1996. He would then return to the band from 2003 to 2005. Thanks to his work on the band, he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in March of 2007.

Additionally, Hagar is a formidable businessman. He is the founder of Cabo Wabo Tequila and a rum named Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum. Moreover, he is the founder of the Cabo Wabo Cantina Restaurant and Nightclub in Mexico.

The property was purchased in 2009 as a vacation home for Sammy’s family. The sprawling mansion features 8 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, a fire pit, built-in barbeque, sauna, soaking tub, and steam shower.

In 2017, the house was listed for sale for $5.25 million. However, the asking price was dropped to $3.9 million when it failed to sell. The mansion is currently being rented for $30,000 a month after it couldn’t get a buyer.
